How ordering works

Send an inquiry for any specimen. We confirm availability and the total price, including insured shipping to your address, and send you a secure invoice. A specimen is reserved for you for 48 hours while you review the invoice.

Shipping

Specimens are packed to museum standards and shipped fully insured with tracking. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days worldwide. Import duties and taxes in your country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Returns

If a specimen is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund on its safe return in the original packaging.
